A 30-minute consultation, available in person or virtually.
This time is an opportunity for us to connect, talk through what’s bringing you here, and explore what kind of support will serve you best. We’ll discuss your goals, the services I offer, and what a thoughtful healing plan could look like, including scheduling and payment.
I recommend in-person consultations whenever possible, as they allow for a deeper energetic read. If you’re out of state or unable to come in, virtual consultations are also available.

Life Activation
The Life Activation is where most people begin their healing work with me. It’s designed to open the door to deeper healing by bringing in as much light as your physical body can comfortably hold at this time.
